After having the honor to participate in over 100 weddings in the last four years, Honey Blue Media now offers videography and photography services. Thanks to internal RAW recording technology, we can capture both photo and video all on the same camera — providing a consistent style across your wedding gallery and an intimate experience throughout your wedding journey. Photos from our joint photo/video packages can be printed comfortably up to 12” by 15”, large enough for most albums and standard prints.
Every wedding is different, so every package is customized to fit your needs. To build your custom photo and/or video package, ask yourself the following questions, and use our Package Builder calculator below.
1. What type of coverage are you looking for?
You can book just photography or videography, but you’ll save by bundling them together into a hybrid package.
2. How many hours of coverage do you need?
Coverage refers to the total amount of time on-site actively capturing your day. For the wedding day, coverage is continuous — meaning the hours are counted in a row, including location changes and time between events, ensuring undivided focus throughout the entire day. Most couples book between 6 and 10 hours of coverage.
You can expand coverage of your story by adding an Engagement session, rehearsal dinner coverage, or a Day Before Interview — where both partners are interviewed about their life, relationship, and future.
3. What will your gallery look like?
Every photography package comes with a digital gallery of approximately 50 edited photos per hour of coverage, hosted and downloadable for up to 2 years.
For videography, all deliverables are also provided through a digital gallery, and you can choose from a variety of videos under three categories:
Narrative Films
Used for both instant sharing and rewatching years down the line, narrative films use video, audio, and key moments captured throughout the day to tell the story of your entire day. Highlight Videos (approx. 6-8+ minutes) and Social Media Trailers (approx. 30-60 seconds) available in this form.
Documentary Edits
Full-length multi-camera videos of the formal events of the day, including Full Length Videos of the first look, ceremony, toasts, and special dances.
Not-So-Polished Videos
Fun moments from the day that don’t make it into the narrative or documentary edits, including Blooper Reels and Digital Guestbooks with video messages from your guests.
To get a complete experience, it’s highly recommended to get at least one video from each category — that way you’ll have a full mix of cinematic storytelling, full-length memories, and candid moments to revisit down the road.
4. Would you like to add any enhancements to your experience?
You can add a digital photo booth or audio guestbook, where guests can leave recorded messages, to your experience.

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send your contract and invoice online through Square. From there, you’ll pay a $450 retainer (which counts toward your balance), select a payment plan, and sign your agreement. You’ll also be able to manage your invoice online, and make payments using ACH transfer, credit card, or CashApp.
While you’re welcome to connect and share your event planning milestones along the way, we’ll reach out 4-8 weeks before your event to plan the final details, review logistics, and get to the heart of your storytelling goals. Our planning meeting includes a comprehensive planning form and a 30-60 minute video call.
On the day of your event, we’ll show up prepared, already connected with vendors, and ready to tell your story. You’ll get your final videos about 12-15 weeks after your event through an online gallery, which will be downloadable and accessible for years to come.
